He met her dad on the first date

I met my husband, Travis, on Farmers Only -August 2017, we went on our first date October 20, 2017 and were married October 20, 2018! - Cassie

What did you do on your first date?

I made him pick me up at my parents house and meet my dad on the very first night! We had talked on the phone for a couple of months before we went out! We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse followed by Dave & Busters! We ended up not even playing any games and talked until the bar closed!

When did you know that he was the one?

I knew he was the one that very first night! When he kissed me goodnight, it was like everything in the world stopped and that was our moment.

What is your favorite thing about each other?

Travis loves my kindness and compassion for others. My heart is huge and full of gold. I love Travis’s drive and how he constantly does things to remind me of how much he loves me.

Tell us about your wedding!

Our wedding was held on the one year anniversary of our first date. It was small and intimate with lots of lace and sunflowers. It was a gorgeous fall day. Your typical Kansas farmers wedding. It was held in a small Christian Church with all of our close friends and family.
